A Walk in Winterthur Estate and Garden

Sunday I had the pleasure of touring Wintethur Estate and Gardens with the magnificent Neocon. We were lucky to have a private Yultetide tour, which allowed us to photograph the displays without disturbing other tourists. I am pictured above in the Port Royal parlor, behind me is one of many Christmas trees we encountered on this tour. This tree is decorated with dried flowers collected from the garden at Winterthur.

Spent about an hour yesterday walking around Winterthur Gardens testing out the features of the Canon 40d. It is a joy to use and the garden was in its glory. If you’ve never visited Winterthur, it is worth the trip.
