Quite a few links on tap tonight:

Tea Party Roundup – several exceptional bloggers have taken time to gather links of Tea Party events that occurred over the July 4th weekend.

Take time to peruse these posts and don’t forget to twitter the links I’ve provided and favorite the YouTube videos posted on these blogs. Do your part to spread liberty throughout this land.

Other events happening this weekend: My good buddy TSO from This Ain’t Hell and Uncle J from Blackfive squared off in competition to find who is the better USO Girl – and it was captured on film – God Bless YouTube:

Want the latest developments in Honduras? Fausta and This Ain’t Hell have the story covered.

Fausta, one of the most fashionable bloggers I know, discovered Britain’s MI6 chief is married to the stupidest woman on earth. Wonder if she is related to Hillary?

It was a busy weekend, and I was remiss on posting my ‘Sunday With Ferris’ post so here it is a day late but just as good!

Home-front Help

Parents gave up their jobs to be near their son, who was badly wounded in Iraq. Now, they could use a little assistance.

Two talented bloggers, John Ruberry of Marathon Pundit and Anne Leary of Backyard Conservative, participated in a Cap & Trade Tea Party outside Mark Kirk’s District Office. They were joined by dozens of like minded patriots expressing their dissatisfaction of his vote to screw over our economy and our environment.

Donald Douglas from American Power chronicles the left’s reaction to the reversal of Supreme Court Justice nominee Sonia Sotomayor’s appellate court decision.

My interest here is to record the reaction on the far left of the spectrum. Clearly, leftist victimology, and continued claims of “accumulated racial disadvantages” and “institutional discrimination,” are driving the discussion on the left.

These two stories are a must read, folks

I’ve got to send some linky love to TSO:

He jumped into inter-tube fame with one hell of a Murtha smack down. Today, he brilliantly skewers Jon Stoltz and Vote Vets. All Hail TSO!

My Sister from another mother – Sister Toldjah – reports that “The One” received boos from the audience during his speech at an AMA conference. She also provides a link to a detailed Townhall article entitled Obama-care will make you sick

Linky Love Monday

I have to give props to the uber-linker Donald Douglas who writes at American Power. This weekend he posted a bewildering number of blogs to adore, er, follow. Wow! I’m just getting by with a post or two a day – this man is a machine! Brilliant thinker to boot!

You must stop whatever you are doing, including reading posts on this blog, and watch this video called the Dowd Conundrum. Bill Whittle is the smartest man alive.

The greatest Pirate of them all – William Teach has the wisdom and intellect that brings me back time and again.

Ed Driscoll – my main link source on PJ Media. When you surf on to his blog you find all kinds of interesting stuff – The Geography of Jobs is an illuminating look at job growth and loss in major markets across the US spanning the years 2004 – 2008.

The boys of This Ain’t Hell – how can I add to their brilliance? You know you have arrived when cowards make anonymous threatening phone calls – “Keep my name off your blog or we settle up in person”
